Ben who? That’s what we all thought when David Cameron gave Barack Obama a £2,500 painting, Twenty First Century City, by Ben Eine on Tuesday. Until then, the 39-year-old Londoner was little-known outside the rarefied — albeit decreasingly so — world of street art.
